News: I am now the proud owner of the domain name "monument.to".
I am not sure what will be happening with it yet but eventually something will.
(I wanted memorial.to of course, but it was taken (and not used) by a
domain name reseller.)
Help the VMG
Don't panic! I am not closing down the VMG
nor am I starting to charge for the service it provides! However,
there are some areas where I could do with some help:
- I would like to have at least one, but preferably more, stable
backup/mirror sites. Right now if anything happens to me then the VMG
is gone. I don't want that to happen - I think
that preserving continuity is vital. This is the important item, the
others are idle dreaming! Ideally the site would be on a very stable site -
many people have offered me the use of space on their ISP service - and
I am very grateful for these gestures of support- but
this is not really appropriate.
- If I could get more resources somehow, I would like to extend the
services provided by the VMG and provide some form
of archiving. I have lots of ideas....
