Before you begin....READ THIS

• This page is for creating memorials for people - do not create pet memorials using this page.
• If you are intending to write a long memorial, consider doing it offline in a text editor and then pasting the text into the form below. This protects you against any possible network or browser failures which can result in the loss of your memorial.
• Make sure the caps lock key is off. If you type all in CAPITALS I have to convert it back into mixed case by hand. Do not write all in CAPITALS - it is hard to read and looks odd.
• Make sure that you follow the instructions carefully. In particular make sure that you put the surname in the surname field and first names in the first name field and not the other way round. Also do not put anything in the URL field unless it is a link to somewhere directly relevant to the person for whom you are creating the memorial. In particular do not a link to your personal homepage.
• Do not enter the family name or first names all in CAPITALS - capitalise the name as normal please.
• Check your spelling!! (alot is not one word, whatever you have been told!!)
• Remember, the memorial will be here for a long time. Do not announce the dates of services or other meetings as they become out of date and irrelevant very quickly. Remember that the memorial will be here for a long time.
• When the memorial is put online the name and dates of the person will appear. Do not repeat them at the start of your text.
• I would strongly advise you not to include your full name or contact details in the memorial.
• Once again, do not type in CAPITALS only!
