Captain Paul Dean Urquhart was born in Ishpeming, Michigan. Attended public schools in Negaunee, Michigan, graduating with honors from Negaunee High School. He Graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA. Became a career officer an the United States Army. Served his first term in Vietnam with the 121st airborne. His second tour was with the 101st airborne. He was reported MIA while flying an OH-6 helicopter on May 28, 1971. The body has never been recovered and he is presumed dead. A Veteran's memorial has been placed in the Negaunee, Michigan cemetery

It's so hard to believe that you're really gone, and especially hard that it happened the way it did, but I know you will finally be at peace.
