Charles Lamp "Dusty" Lyden31 Dec 1917-28 Mar 1970
Our "Daddy" has been gone for a long time now. Almost 30 years
have passed since we saw him. We all have missed him but know he is in a
better place now. Recently, our Mother, Hazel Lyden joined him. He always
said he would wait at St. Peter's Gate for her. I believe, if he had his
way, he did just that. I prefer to think he went willingly in since it would
have been a long wait. I am sure he was happy to see Mom. He was such
a patient man. Too bad he didn't have has much patience with himself as
he did for others. Rest Daddy...and I hope you and Mom are walking together
and happy in that other place.
Hazel Marrion Lyden11 Mar 1921-19 Nov 1998
Mother of 3 daughters. We will miss her witt and casual honesty. We find
comfort in knowing she is with her Father and all those who passed before
her. She taught us to have faith in tomorrow. We will miss her blue eyes
and sly smile. Rest, Mom. You Deserve It!

Jeanne Lyman11 Jan 1923-6 Mar 1999
Jeanne is very much loved and very special to everyone who knew her. She
had a gift that she generously shared with all of us. Her gift was one of
love. She could brighten the darkest of places with her beautiful smile.
In her words: "Don't cry for me because I'm gone, Celebrate my life
and be happy for me. We will be together again." She was always quick
to tell everyone that she had a wonderful and happy life and thanks to
her, we have all been made a little happier in our lives. For myself, I
can say that she was the best Mother anyone could have. She always put
her children, family, and friends first before herself. She found the good
in everyone she knew. She was a little lady with a great big heart. God
blessed us with her to be a part of all our lives, and we need to be thankful
to him for her, and for every day we were fortunate t have her with us.
During her life she was a Wife, Mother, & Friend. If we can all remember
her and the wonderful ways that she shared her love with us, she will be
with us all forever. She is now and always will be very much alive as long
as we all continue to spread the special kind of love Jeanne shared with
us to all who enter our lives. I know I can feel her spiiirit with me and
she will always be an angel on my shoulde; there to guide me and remind me
that her love surrounds me now and forever. A Mother's love is forever,
in this life and the next. Thank you, God, for the Mother that has give
me so much. She is with you now and walking in sunshine. Thank you to all
who loved her and kept her in your prayers. This tribute written for Jeanne
Welter Lyman by her daughter Pearl Elaine Lyman Yates.

Rebecca Jane (Channing) Lytle28 Dec 1901-9 Jul 1980
Rebecca, our mother, was taken away by a crazed neighborhood boy, celebrating
his 18th birthday with beer and marajuana on 9 July 1980 in Florida. He
stabbed her to death while she was sitting in her rocker reading her Bible
before going to bed. We, the 5 daughters, and her grandchildren, many family
members and friends will always miss her.
