A beautiful, Bright-eyed little boy you have remained in my heart.
Not one day has gone by since you left me to go it alone that I have
not thought about you. Your spirit, love and lessons you taught me

Now, dear brother, you are at peace. I will miss you so much because not only were you my brother, but you were my very best friend. You would have been so proud at how your family pulled together during your passing and your wife's illness. I hope that our mother Mary J. Evans, our brother Robert Sidney and your dear friend James Coan were there to guide you. Fly with the angels brother . . . till we meet again.

Much loved and sadly missed mother to Jennifer and Nerys. Mother in law to Simon and Bobby.
Grandmother to Jason, Jessie, Jasmin and Benjamin.
Daughter of the late Ivor and Fran.
A graduate of Hull University who after a short spell as a civil servant began a career in teaching, specialising in primary education and special educational needs.
Gave up her career to raise her two girls. She was devoted to her family and doted on her grandchildren in her last years.
Despite ill health towards the end she remained active devoting all her time to the children, bringing fun and love to their their lives.
Her death was sudden, yet peaceful, passing in her sleep in the early hours of 6th February 2007 from bronchiopnuemonia. Too young, only 60.
Proud of her welsh heritage she was a keen rugby fan. Her favourite hymn, Jerusalem was played at the start of her funeral, a recording made by the Welsh 'Fron Male Choir'. Her daughter Jenny gave a reading of 'Footprints in the sand' and said a few personal words. The hymns the lord is my shepherd and the day thou gavest, lord is ended were sung. We closed with another Fron Male Choir recording of 'Abide with me'.
She is now at rest with her mum and dad and " 'ango "
Sleep in peace mum, we love you.

To my beloved Daddy- I miss you so much. I miss your stories and songs.
I miss the trips we used to take and the laughs we had. What a unique person
you were. Please take care of Mother now that she's with you. Even though
I'm a 40 year old woman I feel like a little orphan without the two of you.
I guess that's because I was your one & only. I keep your memory alive
for your grandkids - Lauren, Luke, and Lilli. I only wish you could have
known them because you would have loved them (and probably spoiled them)
and they would have been crazy about you. All kids loved you so much. Your
now grown nieces and nephews still miss their "Uncle Johnny". I
love you and know I'll be with you and Mother some day. Your little girl,
Lisa
Marion Evans
In rememberance of Marion Evans who is dearly missed by her family and friends
alike. She leaves loving children and grandchildren and a loving husband
Tommy. May God bless her and keep her safe. Although now she returns
to earth, she will never be forgotten.
Mary Josephine (neé Woods) Evans3 May 1928-21 Jun 1981
Mom, you are missed more now than ever. We all hope that
you are at peace and that you know that many bridges in
our family have been mended. Please watch over Bob and
keep him safe.
Robert Sidney Evans7 Sep 1953-17 Jan 1995
To our beloved brother who was taken from us too soon, you are
missed greatly. He loved his music and his four wheel drive
trips. May you rest with the angels.
Edith Carlene Evans (neé Ketchum)12 Apr 1927-22 Jul 1999
To my mother, Carlene Evans. "Gram" to Lauren, Luke, and Lilli;
beloved mother-in-law to Black Hawk; sister to Shirley, Jean, Jane, and Mel.
I am still in shock over your sudden departure. When you didn't answer your
phone for one of our daily conversations I knew in my heart what had happened.
My life will never be the same without you. There is a huge void where my
heart used to be. You were my best friend and the only person I could talk
to. You probably did not feel you were that important in the lives of those
who you left behind, but you were. Lilli and I cry every day. We all miss
you so deeply. My mother was a unique and wonderful person. She was the
smartest person I ever knew and many admired her. (The only thing she wasn't
smart about was her health, and the cigarettes were her downfall.) She worked
hard all of her life and did not get to enjoy her retirement due to bad health.
She was an integral part of our family and no plan was made without her.
As her one and only child, even though I'm surrounded by my family, I feel
totally alone. I know you are with me in spirit every day and I look forward
to seeing you again some day. I love you, Mother Your daughter, Lisa

Dr.D.P.Evans, BSc., MSc., PhD., C.B.E. was born in Port Talbot in South Wales. He was educated in Port Talbot and did his undergraduate and post graduate studies in Chemistry at University College Cardiff. He started teaching in the Cardiff Technical College, moving to become the Principal of Bridgend Technical School in 1944. He was appointed the Principal of the Glamorgan Technical College in 1952. When he retired in 1972 the institution was known as the Polytechnic of Wales and has developed into the University of Glamorgan. He was very proud of the continuing developement of this place of higher learning and of the staff and students who helped build the University by their willingness to teach and be taught. His efforts in the field of education were country wide and not localised to South Wales and for this he was awarded the C.B.E. in 1965. Dr. Evans was a hard task master but only expected the same effort as he put into any endevour. With three of his siblings who were also teachers, all levels of education were covered by the Evans's. He will be sadly missed by all his collegues in the education field. His remaining brothers and sisters will also miss his guidence in their lives. Dr. Evans will always remembered as a loving, kind and devoted husband by his wife Vura and as a guiding and loving father by his son David and his wife Mary. He is sadly missed by his loving grandchildren Margaret and Robert.
D.P. Enjoy your hard earned rest.
Gary Mitchell Everett19 Jan 1962-19 Sep 1997
My beloved brother Gary, my best friend while we grew up together and always.
Gary was a good man, generous with both his money and his time. Gary was
always an eager listener and gave well thought out advice to those who asked
his help. Gary was always able to make strangers feel welcome and I never
heard Gary engage in petty gossip about anyone, he followed the Golden Rule
always. Treating others as he himself would want to be treated, Gary was
truly a unique and special person, I will always love Gary and will miss
him until someday we see each other again in the Father's Kingdom. Captain
Gary M. Everett, U.S. Air Force Killed on September 19, 1997 In a B1 Bomber
crash over Montana. Absent from the flesh, present in my heart.
