Derec was a good kid. Got good grades in school and had a lot of friends. He was a vivid Nine Inch Nails fan and will remember him always for it.

I'm still feeling it was yesterday, I'm missing your hugs, kisses, the red rose for Mother's Day, our long conversations about life and girls, those calls from school just to tell me "I love you Mom", I'm still missing YOU.
